No Return Policy
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for delivered orders. All sales are final, except for eligible exchanges as mentioned below.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 3 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

A ₹100 exchange charge will be applicable for every approved exchange request.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Products showing signs of use, damage, stains, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Exchange Charge
A ₹100 exchange charge is applicable for each exchange. This charge covers the applicable processing and shipping costs associated with the exchange.
How to Request an Exchange

Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Share your order number and reason for the exchange.

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Once the product passes our quality inspection, the exchange will be processed after payment of the applicable ₹100 exchange charge.
